Brand Clarity:

Identify who you are, who you serve, and how you help those people.

Defining yourself even if you're not an expert.

It can't be understated, the importance of clear and consistent messaging.

Content Buckets:

Divide your content into five buckets: Personal, Inspirational/Motivational (Inspo), Health and Wellness, Business, and an optional category like Beauty or Fitness.

Use the 80/20 rule for content: 80% value (educational, entertaining) and 20% selling.

Keyword Marketing:

Use keyword marketing to drive engagement and lead generation instead of direct links. For example, a story drinking a drink might say "Getting my mama juice in today, no afternoon naps for me! Comment "ME" if you want my mamma juice too!

  • Add a cover photo that shows people what you love or what you love to do. 

  • Enter a bio under you name. Let people know what you stand for, what you're passionate about, etc. 

  • Complete the details about you.  The more you fill out the more likely people will be able to connect with you.

Last fall I shared an IG story of me making a drink w a powdered collagen that I picked up at Costco. One of my friends messaged me and told me it wasn't doing me any good and I should try a product she was using. As you can imagine, I was skeptical. She assured me I could see a difference in as little as 10 day and to trust her. 🙂   Then she sent me some before/after photos, including her own. 

 

Long story short, it took me a couple weeks to finally break down and buy but OH HOW GLAD I AM THAT I DID!!  One day I'll have to tell you how this saved me $1,000s!
