Learning the WHO and WHY of creating your contact list (database) is very important.   We’ll be going through who you want to connect with and share the opportunity and products.

Think of a system that works for you, this could be:

* Physical notepad or paper in your purse/wallet

* A notes App

* Google sheets that can be accessed on your phone

* Text yourself the name and don't open it until you've recorded the name

* The Contact Tracker worksheet

Get Creative! As people pop into your mind, write them down and add them to your list.

Start creating the largest list possible! When you’re stuck, start thinking of people in these areas of life:

* Jr. high school

* College

* Your kids friends parents

* People at church

* Places you worked

Then pull out the Memory Jogger to increase your list. 

Do not prejudge anyone or limit your list of who "should" or "should not" hear about the opportunity. 

Don’t be the person that takes away the blessing that someone is praying for!

Take the time to get 200-300 names written down that you will eventually want to reach out to.

Write down next to their name a WHY (a need in their life that you can fill with LifeVantage). Let them know why you thought of them! "I thought about your because..." Another avenue - Compliment them. "I thought about your because you light up a room whenever you step into it! You're so respected and trusted! You could help so many people!"

There will be people you can’t think of a reason why, write down their name and contact them to re-establish the relationship.

While you’re connecting with them, actively listen for a need that can be fulfilled with LifeVantage products, opportunity, or community.

Don’t think. Just do.

When you get stuck reach out to your support.

These are people you’d love to have in your business but you’re nervous to call them. It is really important to write down even the intimidating people. Trust the system and the high-quality leaders to do the rest!
