We could not be more excited that you decided to join the Activated GLP-1 movement! Here are some tips and tricks we have learned along the way to help you find the best results possible!

Instructions and Usage

This is a two part system! Dual Activation - Dual Amplification equals Total Transformation!!!

• For best results: keep the capsules next to your bed and take two capsules immediately when you wake up. Take it with water. You CANNOT take anything with calories within 30 minutes of taking the two pills. You can have black coffee or black tea with nothing in it. After 30 minutes you can eat or drink anything!

• You will then take four scoops of the powder mixture whenever you like. Mix it with your beverage of choice- water, milk, nut milk, protein powder, AXIO, Daily Wellness, Prebiotic, etc! Whatever you choose! Be sure to consume four scoops every day! (Most people in the trials did not have any issue starting with 4 scoops, but if you have sensitive digestion you might want to start with two scoops in the morning and two scoops in the afternoon. This will help your body adjusts to the added fiber.)

** If you find you are having afternoon or evening cravings, try taking 2 scoops in the morning and 2 in the afternoon.

Track Your Progress

If possible, use a smart scale to track your progress but also take before (and progress) pictures and measurements. Measurements are key!! We are seeing INCHES lost so don’t rely solely on the scale to track your progress.

What to Eat

When taking this product you will find a natural reduction in appetite and the amount of food you consume. It is important to maintain (or start) healthy habits in the nutrients you are consuming. Rather than focusing on calories or macros- Keep these 3 things in mind:

• Consume whole foods whenever possible

• Make Protein a PRIORITY
• Drink LOTS of water
