The Compensation Plan · One Person Big Difference
How you get paid

The plan, made simple.

The whole Evolve plan, one card per bonus — who it's for, when it pays, one real example, and the one thing to do this week. Then go deeper with the walkthroughs and official documents below. Tap Copy on any card to send it to someone on your team.

Freedom isn't less work. It's work that serves your life.

First, your 300
150 Sales Volume in a month keeps you Active — and that turns on the everyday cards: customer profit, personal sales bonuses, sharing bonuses. But the big cards are rank cards, and every rank from Senior Consultant 1 up runs on 300 SV. At 150 you can never reach the ranks where deeper Level Commissions, the Leadership Match, or the Leadership Pool ever pay. So we build to 300. All of it can come from your customers' orders, and up to 150 can come from your own — which is why we suggest everyone keeps their own monthly Subscription and stays a product of the product. See the full rank chart ↓
The whole plan in one breath — three chapters, in order:
1 · Serve customers

Cards 1–2 — profit and bonuses on every order your customers place.

2 · Build a team

Cards 3–6 — percentages on the orders your team's customers place.

3 · Build leaders

Cards 7–8 — the biggest checks: matches and pool shares when your people become leaders.

Quick decoder: SV = Sales Volume, the point value on every product order (a ~$150 order ≈ 120 SV) · CSV = Customer Sales Volume — your customers' SV combined · CV = Commissionable Volume — the value commissions are calculated on (≈ SV in the US) · GSV = Group Sales Volume — SV from you plus your entire team · Paid-as Rank = the rank this month's numbers qualify you for — it resets every month.

Sell to customers — where every check starts.
No rank and no team structure required — these three are live from day one.
Card 1 of 8
Customer Sales Profit
Pays daily*
For everyone, from customer #1
Every product has a Customer price and a lower Consultant price. When your customer orders, you earn the difference between what they paid and the Consultant price — on every single order, every time they reorder.
In practiceYour customer buys at the $100 one-time retail price. The Consultant price is $80. You earn $20. The same order on Subscription at $90 pays you $10 — smaller per order, but it repeats every month.
Do this week: help one person place their first customer order — and set it up as a Subscription so it repeats.
Card 2 of 8
Personal Sales Bonus
Pays monthly
For anyone whose customers total 500+ CSV in a month
Once your personal customers' orders total 500 CSV in a single month, you earn a bonus on all of that volume — not just the part above the line. The more your customers order, the higher your tier: 500 CSV = 5% (Onyx) · 1,000 = 10% (Emerald) · 2,000 = 15% (Sapphire) · 4,000 = 20% (Diamond).
In practiceYour customers order 2,200 CSV this month. That's the Sapphire tier — 15% paid on the CSV, about $330 — on top of the Customer Sales Profit you already earned on every one of those orders.
Do this week: check your CSV in the back office. How close are you to the next tier?
Card 3 of 8
Sharing Bonus
Pays daily*
For anyone who enrolls a new Consultant
When you enroll a new Consultant, you earn 10% of their personal purchases AND their customer sales during their enrollment month — up to $100 per new Consultant. There's no limit on how many new Consultants you can earn it on.
In practiceYour new Consultant starts with a 250 SV pack and sells 500 SV to their own customers in their first month. That's 750 SV — you earn 10% of the CV, $75.
Do this week: run the DMO — 2 invites and 2 follow-ups a day. Every yes starts one of these.
Your Launch Period
Extra pay for starting fast.
Your Launch Period runs from the day you enroll through the next 3 full calendar months. These two only exist inside that window.
Card 4 of 8
Sharing Bonus Doubler
Pays daily*
For new Consultants in their Launch Period
While you're in your own Launch Period, every new Consultant you enroll pays you an additional 10% on top of the regular Sharing Bonus — a second $100 cap, so up to $200 per new Consultant instead of $100.
In practiceSame picture as Card 3 — your new Consultant's first month totals 750 SV. The Sharing Bonus pays $75, and the Doubler pays another $75. $150 total, from one enrollment.
Do this week: if you're in your first 3 months — go. This window doesn't reopen.
Card 5 of 8
SC1 Rank Advancement Bonus
Pays monthly
For new Consultants in their Launch Period
Reach the rank of Senior Consultant 1 for the first time during your Launch Period and you earn a flat $150 bonus — on top of everything else your activity already earned.
In practiceYou enroll in March. In May — still inside your Launch Period — you hit SC1 for the first time. $150, once, added to that month's check.
Do this week: ask your enroller exactly what SC1 takes from where you stand, and put the gap on your Yellow Pad.

Why these assumptions: customer orders use our team's true current average — about $150 / 120 SV on Subscription, roughly $15 profit each — and we deliberately use the smaller subscription profit (not the higher retail number) because subscriptions are what we teach. New Consultants are assumed at 500 SV in their enrollment month — a blended team average, since enrollment packs start at 750 SV while lighter starts run less; their own customers' orders in that month count toward the same bonus. Anything from 1,000 SV up pays the same, because the Sharing Bonus caps at $100 per person. Illustration only — actual products, order sizes, and results vary, and this is not an income promise. See the official Income Disclosure Statement.

Build & Grow
Where your team's activity becomes your check.
One bonus, and it's the engine of the whole plan.
Card 6 of 8
Level Commissions
Pays monthly
For anyone building a team
You earn a percentage of the CV from your team's sales, level by level. Everyone directly below you is Level 1; their people are Level 2, and so on. Your Paid-as Rank — the rank this month’s numbers qualify you for — sets both how many levels you earn on (1 level at Consultant 1, up to 9 levels at Managing Consultant 3 and above) and the percentages — Level 1 starts at 5% and reaches 10% at Senior Consultant 1. Inactive Consultants are skipped, so their volume rolls up to you.
In practicePaid as a Senior Consultant 1, you earn on 2 levels. If your Level 1 team's sales total 2,000 CV this month, your Level 1 commission alone is 10% — $200 — before Level 2 is added.
Do this week: teach one person on your team the 2 invites + 2 follow-ups. Their activity is this card.
Lead
Where leaders get paid for building leaders.
These two switch on at the top ranks. You don't need them today — you need to know they're waiting.
Card 7 of 8
Leadership Match
Pays monthly
For Paid-as Managing Consultant 2 and above
When leaders grow on your team, you earn a match on their Level Commissions. A "Generation" is the first Managing Consultant 1 (or higher) in a leg. At MC2 you match 7% of Generation 1; the percentages and the number of Generations grow with rank — up to 7 Generations at Presidential Consultant.
In practicePaid as MC3, you match 12% on Generation 1 and 10% on Generation 2. A Gen 1 leader earns $2,000 in Level Commissions this month — your match on them alone is $240, paid in addition to everything else.
Do this week: pick the one person most likely to become your first MC1, and pour into them. That's when this card turns on.
Card 8 of 8
Leadership Pool
Pays monthly
For Paid-as Executive Consultant 1 and above
LifeVantage sets aside 4% of the entire company's monthly CV into a pool. Executives earn shares of it by Paid-as Rank: EC1 = 1 share · EC2 = 3 · EC3 = 5 · EC4 = 10 · Presidential Consultant = 20. The pool is divided equally across all shares earned that month.
In practiceIn recent months, one share has been worth roughly $1,300 — the value moves up and down each month with the company's global volume. At that level, an EC2's three shares come to about $3,900 for the month, and a Presidential Consultant collects twenty shares — a slice of every order the whole company ships, every month.
Do this week: nothing extra. Every card above, done consistently, is the road here.

*"Pays daily" bonuses are calculated daily and paid daily once you've reached Senior Consultant 1 (in eligible markets); before that, they're paid weekly. All examples are paid on CV, which may reflect promos or discounts a customer redeemed. The examples on these eight cards are taken straight from the official Evolve Compensation Plan Guide — deliberately, so you can verify every number against the source document linked below.

How the money moves
Follow the $150.
One customer order — today's true average, about $150 on Subscription — traced through the whole plan, so you can see where every dollar of pay actually comes from.
1
A customer orders.
Sarah orders about $150 of product on Subscription — 120 SV, the current average order. Everything below only happens because this happened first.
2
Her consultant earns Customer Sales Profit.
The roughly $15 difference between Sarah's Subscription price and the Consultant price, paid within days. And the 120 SV stacks onto the Personal Sales Bonus — if this consultant's month has them at the Sapphire tier, this order alone pays another 15% of its CV: $18 more. It all counts toward their 300, too.
3
Sometimes it pays a launch bonus, too.
If Sarah's consultant is still inside their own enrollment month, this same order also pays whoever enrolled them a Sharing Bonus — 10% of its CV, $12 — and another $12 on top if that enroller is inside their own Launch Period. New businesses get fed first.
4
The volume climbs the team.
The order's CV pays Level Commissions up the placement tree (your team’s family tree) — the Active upline above — the consultants above hers in the team — earns Level 1 (up to 10%, set by their rank), the next earns Level 2, and so on, up to 9 levels deep. Inactive Consultants get skipped. On Sarah's 120 CV: a Level 1 upline paid as SC1 earns $12, a Level 2 at 7% earns $8.40 — and the percentages shrink from there.
5
Leaders get matched.
When the people earning those Level Commissions are led by a Managing Consultant 2 or higher, that leader earns a match on the commission — pay for building the builders. A 12% match — a Managing Consultant 3's Generation 1 rate — on that $12 Level 1 commission is about $1.44 from this one order.
6
And 4% feeds the Pool.
Every commissionable order in the entire company contributes to the monthly Leadership Pool that executives share. Sarah's order adds $4.80 — 4% of its 120 CV — to the pot.
Notice the shape: the biggest share of Sarah's order — the $15 profit, plus up to $18 more in Personal Sales Bonus — stays with the consultant who actually serves her. Every layer above splits smaller and smaller pieces. The plan only pays big when a lot of customers are getting product they want, every month — which is exactly the point. Every bonus in the Evolve plan is a percentage of product a customer actually ordered. Nobody earns a dime for simply signing someone up.

Why these numbers: the order size is our team's true current average — about $150 / 120 SV on Subscription, with roughly $15 Customer Sales Profit. We use subscription pricing rather than the higher one-time retail profit because subscriptions are what we teach and what most customers actually choose. The level and match percentages shown assume specific ranks (an SC1 upline, an MC3 leader) — your team's actual paid-as ranks set the real figures. Illustration only, not an income promise.

The part you control
So what do you actually do?
Eight ways to get paid, one simple job. Four habits, none of them heroic:
1Talk to people.

2 invites and 2 follow-ups a day, plus 2 new names on your list — tracked on your Yellow Pad.

2Show, don't sell.

Get the 10-minute ABC Primetime video in front of people and let it do the talking. 15 presentations a month is the target.

3Be a product of the product.

Keep your own monthly Subscription and build to your 300 — it keeps every card above switched on.

4Plug into events.

Belief is built event to event. Show up, and bring your people.

That's the whole job. Starting is simple — you enroll with a product pack, so you're a product of the product from day one — and real-world Consultant earnings are in the official Income Disclosure Statement.

Personal Purchase Cap

The most of your own purchases that can count toward qualification each month — 150, at every rank. The plan is built on customer orders, not self-purchase.

Sales Volume Requirement

The monthly volume needed to be paid at a rank — and it can be met entirely through customer orders. From Senior Consultant 1 up it's 300: your 300.

Group Sales Volume

The total Sales Volume from you and every Consultant on your entire team for the month.

Maximum Volume Rule

The most volume any single leg — or your own personal and customer volume — can contribute toward your rank. It's why balanced teams rank and one-big-leg teams don't.

Sales Volume
Group Sales Volume

Uses the official chart above. Your own order is figured as the difference between your SV and CSV, and your rank SV counts your CSV in full plus up to 150 of your own order — the Personal Purchase Cap, applied automatically. Group Sales Volume includes your own volume. The Maximum Volume Rule is applied to every leg you enter — and to your own volume, which is subject to the same cap. Legs under the cap don't change the math, so you only need to enter the ones that might be over. Rank qualification runs monthly — your Paid-as Rank resets with each month's numbers, and your back office remains the official source. Income figures are historical averages from the official 2025 LifeVantage Income Disclosure Statement — gross monthly commissions of U.S. Consultants who were paid at each rank, Jan–Dec 2025. They are not guarantees or projections: 67.68% of U.S. Consultants earned no commissions in that period, figures exclude business costs, and your results depend on your own effort, skill, and market conditions.

Requirements are from the official Evolve Compensation Plan Guide (effective 11/1/2024). One distinction worth knowing: your Recognition Rank is the highest rank you've ever hit; your Paid-as Rank is the rank you qualify for each month — and it's the Paid-as Rank that sets what the cards above pay.
