Why Did They Come to Mind?
For each name, pick one: Health, Financial, or I Don't Know. Don't overthink it. If nothing comes to mind, leave it as "I Don't Know" — that's perfectly fine.
I Thought of You Because...
Walking into a conversation with a real reason changes everything. For each Health or Financial name, note what specifically made you think of them. One sentence is enough.
Two people
a day.
Think of two as your gentle daily minimum — a rhythm you can always keep. Some days you'll do more, and that's wonderful. But just two a day, kept up over time, is what quietly builds something real. Consistency, not intensity, is what carries you.
"Don't wait for the perfect plan. Just start running."
Work Your Current List
Every name you've given a reason is here, ready to work. Two a day. 15 presentations. Log every conversation as it happens — what gets tracked gets done. Keep adding names anytime; they'll show up here automatically.
